Rock band looking for support in Kirkintilloch
Suspire
AN up-and-coming band are looking for fellow performers to support them at a special homecoming charity gig.
Three-piece art rockers Suspire, whose lead singer Brian Cunningham comes from Kirkintilloch, will play a show at the town’s Bar Bliss on Thursday, January 31.
All proceeds from the pay-at-the-door event will be donated to Caudwell Children’s Charity, after Brian was approached by Kirkintilloch charity worker Gillian Pritchard.
The band recently made their television debut in Canada and will be releasing their much-anticipated debut album later this year.
They will be supported by Bishopbriggs R&B artist Dee, who recently played Glasgow’s legendary King Tut’s, but the opening spot on the bill is still up for grabs.
If you think your band have what it takes, and you’re from Kirkintilloch, Lenzie or Bishopbriggs, email your details to claydavisrecords@gmail.com, entering the subject heading ‘BLISS’.
Include your name, your band’s name, links to live video and recorded material, your website address and your contact details.
