POPULAR show ‘A Question of Sport’ is coming to Glasgow - and we’ve got five pairs of gold dust tickets up for grabs.
First aired in 1968, the BBC sports quiz is now Britain’s longest continuously-running game show.
Set to hit the road again for a second UK tour. host Sue Barker and captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell will be joined by Celtic striker Anthony Stokes, Scotland scrum-half Chris Cusiter, Olympic silver medal rower Katherine Grainger and former World Champion snooker player Dennis Taylor at Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium on Saturday, October 22.
From the traditional picture board start to the buzzer round ending - via the much loved ‘what happened next’ and the special ‘mystery guest’ questions - A Question of Sport has become a firm UK TV institution.
Following unprecedented demand for tickets and rapturous reviews last time, the Glasgow event is going to be a guaranteed sell-out.
Thanks to the Herald, however, you and a friend could be there.
