Music fans are preparing to crank it up to 11 to raise much-needed funds for veterans.

The Support Erskine charity gig will take place at the 13th Note in Glasgow at 8pm tonight (Thursday).

The show, which has been organised by Bishopbriggs student Natasha Bean, will feature performances by Dirty Rose, Manta and Rank Berry.

Natasha, a commercial music student at the University of the West of Scotland, said: “I’m really looking forward to the night.

“I’ve got a lot of respect for everyone who has fought in wars and my dad is in the Navy as well so I wanted to do something.

“I feel good about the show because I know it’s for a good cause.”

It’s hoped the show will raise at least £100 for Erskine, which has been supporting veterans since 1916.

Tickets are £5 on the door.
