North Glasgow College has been praised by Scotland's secretary for education and lifelong learning.
Fiona Hyslop recently visited the college and praised the range of courses on offer, predicting an even brighter future ahead.

The education minister saw the new £41million state-of-the-art campus being built adjacent to the college's current premises.

Ms Hyslop said: "Once complete the new building will offer world-class facilities that will greatly improve the learning and teaching environment for students and staff.2

The new building is expected to be complete by August.

Ronnie Knox, principal of North Glasgow College, said: "I was very encouraged by Ms Hyslop's understanding of the issues we face and what we are doing in the community.

"She spent a lot of time on the site of our new building and was very impressed."
