Time is running out to find our Voice

HUNDREDS of votes have been received for the Young Voice of 2009 - but the end of coming!

You have to act quickly, the closing date for votes is Monday, January 4, at noon.

Vote for your favourite by filling in the coupon in the newspapers or call or text.

Each coupon is worth a fantastic five votes. No photocopies will be allowed.

The 10 singers with the most votes will be invited to a gala final to be held on February 4 at Cardinal Newman High in Bellshill.

Up for grabs is cool cash and the chance to cut your own CD at a top studio.

The competition is being run by the Herald Series and our sister titles in Motherwell and Bellshill, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth, Milngavie and Bearsden, and Carluke and Lanark.

Send voting coupons to: Voice of 2009, Herald Series, 11 Dalrymple Court, Kirkintilloch, G66 3AA.

Alternatively you can vote by calling 09016 560 177 and entering the two-digit number of your favourite contestant. Calls cost 60p.

Or text YOUNGVOICE to 81800, followed by the two-digit number. Texts cost 60p, plus network charge.
