ALL SAINTS PARISH CHURCH
Saturday mass will be held at 5.30pm. Mass on Sunday will take place at 10.30am and 12.15pm.
Monday at 6.45pm, Novena to the Lady. Tuesday at 7pm, Union of Catholic Mothers meeting. Wednesday at 6pm, craft club for boys and girls aged seven to 12. Thursday at 7pm in the chapel house, RCIA meeting.
BISHOPBRIGGS CHURCHES TOGETHER
On Good Friday, April 2, there will be a 'Walk of Witness' starting out from Kenmure Parish Church at 11am and proceeding along Kirkintilloch Road, past the Cross, up to St Matthew's, across Cadder South Hall and, finally, on to Woodhill Evangelical Church. There will be a short time of worship at each stop.
There will also be services each evening in Holy Week to mark the events leading up to Easter Sunday. A Palm Sunday service will take place this Sunday at Springfield Cambridge Church at 7.30pm. A Monday evening service will be held at Robroyston Church at 7.30pm, with the Stations of the Cross service at 7pm in St Matthew's. A Wednesday evening service will be held at Woodhill Evangelical Church at 7.30pm. The Maundy Thursday service will take place at St James the Less at 7.30pm and a Good Friday reflection will be held at Kenmure Parish Church at 7.30pm.
Also throughout the week, at various churches, there will be a mobile display of the entrants to the Bishopbriggs Churches Together art competition – 'Picture his Glory'.
On Easter Sunday, all are welcome to watch the dawn rise over Cadder Parish Church at 6.30am – to greet the new day and the Risen Lord. Fellowship and a breakfast roll will then follow in Cadder's North Hall.
CADDER PARISH CHURCH
Morning worship for Palm Sunday is at 10.30am. The Congregational AGM will take place immediately after the service.
The Conveners Team meets in the South Halls tomorrow (Thursday) at 7.30pm.
This year's Boys Brigade display is a very special one. It will be part of the continuing celebrations to mark the 212th Company's 40th anniversary at Cadder Parish Church. All members, past and present, are invited to Bishopbriggs Academy for 7.30pm on Friday.
The church's eco group is actively promoting the WWF Earth Hour – 8.30pm this Saturday.
The AGM of the Men's Club is in the South Halls at 7.30pm next Wednesday, March 31. Following the meeting David Harvey will recite favourite poems.
Thanks to all who supported the Guild's recent 'Soup and Sweet' lunch. Just over 600 was raised, to be shared between the two Guild national projects – Missionary Aviation Fellowship and 'A Place for Hope'.
CAMPSIE PARISH CHURCH
The morning service on Palm Sunday will begin at 11am. Worship will be led by the Reverend John Spencer. This will be a family service and creche facilities will be available for babies and very young children.
COLSTON MILTON PARISH CHURCH
The following services will take place to celebrate Holy Week. On Tuesday, March 30, an afternoon service will take place at Taranasay Court at 2pm. On Thursday, Maundy Thursday communion service will be held at the church at 7pm.
On Friday, April 2 (Good Friday), the Walk of Christian Witness with each of the Milton churches – St Augustine's, St Andrew's and Colston Milton – will take place at 11am. It will start at St Augustine's.
On Sunday, April 4 (Easter Sunday), worship will be led by the Reverend C. Rowe.
COLSTON WELLPARK CHURCH
The service on Sunday at 11am will be taken by John Philips. Anchor boys, primary one to three, meet on Tuesday at 6.30pm. The Junior Boys Brigade, primary four to six, meet at 7.30pm. The company section meet on Friday at 7.30pm and the Brownies, aged seven to 10, meet on Wednesday at 6.30pm.
HARESTANES BAPTIST CHURCH
Sunday morning worship at 11am in Harestanes Primary School will be conducted by the Reverend David Vogan. The service at 6.30pm will be held in Harestanes Community Centre.
Tuesday Friends meet at 2pm in Harestanes Community Centre. The BB open night/parents night begins at 7pm in Harestanes Primary School.
The Maundy Thursday communion service is at 7.30pm in Harestanes Community Centre.
HILLHEAD PARISH CHURCH
The service on Sunday at 11am will be conducted by Lyn Peden. Sunday school meets at this time.
Monday Club meets at 6.30pm. On Tuesday, Brownies meet at 6.30pm.
Today (Wednesday) the Guild will hold their annual general meeting.
HOLY FAMILY AND ST NINIAN'S PARISH CHURCH

Vigil mass is at 6pm on Saturday. Sunday mass is at 9.30am and 11.30am.
KENMURE PARISH CHURCH
The Palm Sunday service is at 10.30am. Our nominating committee has selected a sole nominee who will be preaching. The election will then be held at the close of the service. All members and adherents are encouraged to attend and vote in this crucially important part of the process. Tea and coffee in the hall afterwards. Junior church, Bible class and creche are also open to all children and young people.
There will be no evening service this week as there will be a joint service at Springfield Cambridge.
On Monday, the Guild will meet for its AGM and closing social.
On Tuesday, between 10am and noon, we will hold our Community Tearoom. No charge, but donations are gratefully received.
On Thursdays at 7.30pm, there is an hour of prayer upstairs in the Session Room.
Also on Thursday at 7.30pm, Christianity Explored continues in the Williamson Hall.
On Saturday, the Ramblers will meet at 9.20am in the church car park for a walk in Doune. Please bring a packed lunch, but a car is not essential as we operate a pool system.
Easter cards should be delivered this week to every home in our parish, with dates and times of Holy Week services organised by Bishopbriggs Churches Together. If you live outwith the parish and would like one please pick one up from the church this Sunday.
KIRKINTILLOCH AND LENZIE ACTS GROUP
The ACTS exhibition – 20 years on – will be on display in William Patrick Library until Thursday, April 1, to celebrate 20 years of the local churches working together.
Concordia invite you to join them in their reflections
for Holy Week. This takes the form of a service with readings and anthems. It will be held on Palm Sunday, March 28, in St David's Memorial Park Church at 7pm and in the Carmelite Monastery, Waterside Road, on Monday, March 29 – also at 7pm. All welcome.
The Good Friday Walk of Witness will begin at Lenzie Old Parish Church at 10.15am, calling at Lenzie Union and St Cyprian's on its way to Kirkintilloch for the main walk, which will start at the Old Farmers' Market, opposite Freeland Place, at 11am.
KIRKINTILLOCH BAPTIST CHURCH
Our morning services this Sunday are at 9.30am and 11.15am when we will be continuing our series 'if the shoe fits' – the church in Laodicea. Creche facilities are available and there is a full range of activities for children and young people.
Our Sunday evening service is at 6.30pm and we will be continuing our mosaic series. Coffee Lounge is open 9.30am until 4pm on Wednesdays.
LENNOXTOWN FREE CHURCH
Services will be held on Sunday at 11am and 6.30pm. The weekly prayer and Bible study meeting takes place on Wednesdays at 7.30pm.

LENZIE UNION PARISH CHURCH
The morning service at 11am will be conducted by Rev Dan Carmichael. Continuing the 'Evening Services for Lent' this evening's service will start at 6.30 pm, the subject being "A journey with Jesus through Jerusalem" ( some events of Holy Week portrayed through drama). Please note the earlier starting time. Each Wednesday from 10 am to 11am the church will be open for a quiet time of reflection with a short service of prayer at 10.15 am. You are welcome to the Meeting Place and Coffee Pot held every Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to noon. Come along and enjoy the freshly made pancakes, scones and cakes, meet your friends and have a chat. Babies and toddlers, parents and grand parents - there's a big welcome awaiting everyone.
MILTON OF CAMPSIE PARISH CHURCH
Tonight (Wednesday) Time to Pray meets in the Manse at 6.30pm-7.15pm.
On Sunday, meet at the Stirling Hall at 10.30am for a Praise March to church to celebrate Palm Sunday.
Sunday worship is at 11am where Jigsaw and Crossover will join us for the first part of the service. There is a creche in the vestry for our youngest church family members.
From Monday, March 29, to Friday, April 2, there will be Holy Week services in the church from 7pm-7.30pm.
The Tuesday coffee morning takes place from 10am-11.30am in the Stirling Hall, with Pause for Thought in the small hall at 11am, focusing on Holy Week.
Next Wednesday, March 31, there will be a prayer supper in the Manse after the service – 8pm-8.45pm.
SPRINGBURN PARISH CHURCH
The morning service on Sunday will be held at 11am in St Rollox Springburn Parish and Tron St Mary's.
An evening service will be held in Springburn Parish Church at 6.30pm. Holy Week services will be held in Springburn Parish at 7.30pm, Monday-Wednesday. The preacher on Tuesday is the Reverend Keith Saunders. A service of prayer and Bible reading will be held each morning at 11am in Springburn.
SPRINGFIELD CAMBRIDGE CHURCH
The Cambridge Chapel will be open Monday-Friday – 10am until noon – offering a quiet place to read the Bible, pray or reflect.
There will be no vestry hour today (Wed), but there will be a vestry hour next Wednesday, March 31, from 10am-11am for anyone who wants to talk to the minister.
There will be a short service of worship in the Cambridge Chapel today (Wednesday) from 11.10am-11.30am, followed by tea and coffee in the Hall of Fellowship.
Churches Together in Britain and Ireland – Lenten Study takes place on Wednesdays at 7.30pm in the Springfield Cambridge Chapel.
The Girls' Brigade coffee morning takes place this Saturday – 10am until noon. Tickets, priced 1.50 for adults and 50p for children, are available at the door on the day. Please support the girls and officers.
This Sunday, March 28 (Palm Sunday), the morning service will be led by the Reverend Ian Taylor, assisted by Les Brunger. After the first 15 minutes of the service, the Sunday schools and Bible Wayfinders will continue with their activities in the Springfield Hall and Room One. The creche can look after your child in Room Two (birth to three years) during the service.
This Sunday there will also be an evening service in Springfield Cambridge Church at 7.30pm as part of Bishopbriggs Churches Together Holy Week and Easter services programme.

Saturday mass will be held at 6pm. Sunday mass will take place at 11am and the service at Stobhill will be at 2pm.

A vigil mass is on Saturday at 6.30pm. Mass on Sunday will be held at 10am and noon.

ST COLUMBA'S PARISH CHURCH
Sunday morning worship on Palm Sunday will be at 10.30am. Creche available in the lower hall. Sunday club and Bible class also meet at 10.30am.
The Senior Friends service will take place at 12.30pm. The Passover Supper evening service will be held at 6.30pm
On Tuesday, March 30, a midweek morning service will take place in the lounge at 10.30am. All services will be conducted by the Reverend David M. White.
Oasis serves light lunches each Thursday – noon-2pm.
ST CYPRIAN'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH
On Thursday morning at 10am we will be holding a service of holy communion in the choir vestry as usual.
This Sunday there will be said eucharist at 9.15am and sung eucharist at 10.30am.
During Holy Week on Monday, March 29 and Wednesday, March 31, Stations of the Cross will be held at 7.30pm. On Maundy Thursday, April 1, solemn eucharist and stripping of the altar is at 7.30pm, followed by the Watch of the Passion. There will be a Good Friday meditation from 2pm-3pm and, on the Saturday, the Service of Light is also at 7.30pm.
ST DAVID'S MEMORIAL PARK CHURCH
Tonight (Wed) the stated annual meeting of the congregation, postponed from last week, will take place at 7.30pm in the large hall. There will be no prayer meeting this week.
This Saturday the Girls' Brigade coffee morning takes place in the large hall from 10am. Do come along and give the girls your support.
Palm Sunday worship will be in the church at 11am with the young people joining in for the first part before leaving for their own activities in the Sunday schools and Bible class. Very young ones are looked after in the creche at the rear of the small hall.
At 3pm there is a short seated service especially popular with senior members. Tea and home-baking afterwards in the hall. In the evening at 7pm the ACTS Concordia choir will be leading worship on 'Reflections for Holy Week'.
Throughout Holy Week services will be held in various churches throughout the district – Monday night at Hillhead Church, Tuesday at St Columba's, Wednesday at St David's, etc, all at 7.30pm.
St David's will be presenting a 'Labyrinth' throughout Holy Week in the large hall, Wednesday to Saturday from 1pm-5pm, and also Wednesday and Friday, from 6.30pm.
This should prove to be an inspiring and fascinating experience.
There is no lunchtime service on Tuesday and no meetings of youth organisations during Holy Week.
ST FLANNAN'S PARISH CHURCH
A vigil mass takes place at 6pm on Saturday. On Sunday mass is at 10am and noon.
ST JAMES THE LESS
Tomorrow morning (Thursday) there is a 10.30am communion service in the chapel.
This Sunday (Palm Sunday) a 9am communion service will be held in the chapel, while the main service at 10.30am will be in the church. It will be an all-age service with communion using a contemporary liturgy suitable for the children and young people, who will be joining us for the service. They will also be taking part in the music group, which will be playing for the service. The theme for the day is 'Praise and passion.'

Our second 'Messy Church' event, organised by Fiona, will be held in the church halls this Saturday from 1.30pm until 4.30pm. You are invited to attend to enjoy crafts, worship and food.
Palm Sunday devotions will be led by the Reverend Fiona McKibbin at 11am and the reading is taken from Luke, chapter 19. The Sunday School and Seekers will join us at the beginning then retire to continue with age-related activities. Creche for children up to three.

A service of prayer and Bible reading will be held each morning at 11am in Springburn Parish Church and the tea room is available in the lounge.
TORRANCE PARISH CHURCH
The Sunday morning family service at 10.15am will be led by the Boys' Brigade and Girls' Brigade. Following the 6.30pm service we are holding a 'Praise Night'.
The Coffee Shop on Fridays, between 9am and 2pm, serves light lunches and delicious home-baking.
