Staff at council offices across East Dunbartonshire collected an impressive £555 in a day for the Provost’s charity in aid of Marie Curie cancer care.

Adorned in the charity’s trademark yellow costume, Provost Una Walker visited
council offices at the Marina, Southbank and Broomhill.

Provost Walker said: “I love getting out and about to our offices and I was overwhelmed with how kind people were. Marie Curie means so much to so many.”
