Creative and talented volunteers knitted more than two thousands cuddly bunnies and chicks in aid of Marie Curie hospice at Huntershill.

The big-hearted supporters from Bishopbriggs and beyond raised an impressive £2,500 for the hospice from the sale of their cute and cuddly creations. Fundraising assistant Anne Jolly at the hospice said: “Last year, the volunteers raised £1,200, so they have excelled themselves this year. We are very grateful for their support.”
