Firemen use breathing gear to tackle blaze in Kirkintilloch

TEN firefighters rushed to extinguish a blaze in a flat last week.

The fire broke out at a property in Eastside, Kirkintilloch, at around 11pm on Friday, August 31.

Two fire engines from Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs fire stations attended the blaze.

Firemen used breathing apparatus to access the building and douse the flames.
