Closing date approaches for Pet Idol 2010

DON'T paws for thought - the closing date for Pet Idol 2010 is approaching fast.

The Herald – in conjunction with Wagtail Pet Supplies in Kirkintilloch and Asda Robroyston – wants to hear from pet owners in East Dunbartonshire and beyond.

This is your chance to put your purrfect pet in the spotlight.

All entries will be featured in the newspaper.

Readers will then be asked to vote for their favourite and the winner will scoop vouchers for Wagtail Pet Supplies in Kirkintilloch. There will also be two runners-up prizes for Asda.

In addition, the winner will scoop an exclusive photoshoot with one of the Herald's highly-experienced photographers.

Now's your chance to reward your faithful friend. The closing date is next Friday, March 19.

Previous years have produced a variety of entrants, including dogs, cats, fish, monkeys, sheep, horses and even snails.
