Disappearing parking spaces at Kirkintilloch library – what’s your view?

car parking has been slammed after the ‘disappearance’ of disabled parking bays at the rear of the Kirkintilloch Hub and library.

Puzzled parkers have been left flummoxed by a wall built over two of the disabled parking bays with a barrier surrounding three other bays.

Despite the impossibility of using the spaces, the notices for disabled parking are still in place.
