A FOOTBALL magazine editor will see his second novel hit bookshops this week.

Paul Cuddihy (45), from Bishopbriggs, has a day job heading up the Celtic View team at Parkhead, where he has been editor since 2001.

The dad-of-two, who attended St Helen’s Primary and Turnbull High School, has written and edited several football books - including a biography of Hoops legend Tommy Burns.

But in his spare time he’s a keen novelist whose debut book, Saints and Sinners, was released last year to glowing reviews.

His second, The Hunted, is a sequel and will be published tomorrow (Thursday) by Capercaillie Books.

Set in County Donegal and Glasgow in 1919, it is a tense political thriller.
