One of Scotland’s finest artists, Ian Shanlin, is one of the Mugdock Makkers who are heading out to the beautiful setting of Loch Lomond Shores this weekend to show how they work in various crafts and sell their work.
The makkers, a group of talented crafters, are usually based in the Gallery in the Courtyard at Mugdock Country Park on the outskirts of Milngavie.
They will be selling their goods and showcasing their extensive range of original work in the Loch Lomond Shores Mall from 10am until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday July 5 and 6.
Among those exhibiting are glass artist Jon Piccolo, wood turner Eric Large, textiles maker Lucy Jackson, and artist Gillian Kingslake.
