Wheels stolen from car centre and van smashed

ALLOY wheels were stolen from a car centre in Muirhead.

The theft took place in Cumbernauld Road between 5pm on Friday, March 15, and 8am the following morning.

It is believed that the front gates were forced open.

Meanwhile, vandals smashed the windows of a Ford Transit van in Gartcosh.

The windscreen and passenger window were targeted while the vehicle was parked in Queensbank Avenue on the evening of Thursday, March 14.
