JOBS have been secured after the sale of a food firm in Twechar.

The ANM Group has sold its cooked meat business Charcuterie Continental Limited to the Scottish-owned food group A.P. Jess.

All 25 jobs have been secured in the deal for the firm.

The sale is part of an ongoing review of the group’s meat division.

Charcuterie was bought by ANM in July 2004 and produces a range of cooked meat products including continental sausages, roast beef, pastrami and pizza toppings.
