The colourful parade included a host of young dancers strutting their stuff, with a pipe band adding atmosphere.

The dancing continued at Woodhead Park where the Rosebank School of Dance gave a demonstration of their talents.

Gala Queen Samantha Sawyers opened the festivities, with the highlight being a jaw-dropping show from world record breaking bike stunt team 3SIXTY.

Other popular activities included a funfair, stalls, snack bars, a model railway, a beat the goalie stand and plenty of music from Clyde 1 DJ Gavin Pearson.

Pictured here are just some of the activities on the day.
