LENZIE Academy's exceptional young athletes have ran, jumped, thrown and vaulted their way to a tremendous haul of medals this year.
The school's athletics team claimed 22 gold, 11 silver and four bronze medals at some prestigious championships.
Their combined efforts also resulted in a host of personal and championship best performances, trophies and national recognition.
S3 pupils Andrea Gaffney and Chloe Lambert have been selected for the Scottish Schools U17 team to compete at the Schools International Athletics Championships in Antrim, in July, and for the Celtic Games U16 team.
PE teacher Hilary MacGuire said: "This has been an outstanding year for the Lenzie Academy athletics team.
"I am extremely proud of all our athletes who participated in the winter and summer season events and championships, and look forward to the forthcoming inter-regional and international events."
