THIS third round Scottish Cup replay was an exciting affair with both teams taking credit for putting on such a degree of great football.
From Park's perspective it was their best performance of the season so far.
Baillieston settled first but
the Briggs side soaked up this early pressure and took the lead during a crazy three minute spell.
The ball wasn't cleared from an Andrews' corner in the 17th minute. It came back to Gilmour and his shot across the goalmouth was deflected by the hapless defender past his keeper.
Park extended their lead two minutes later when Andrews dispossessed the Baillieston centre half just outside the box, turned and his shot settled neatly into the corner of the net.
The home side's joy was shortlived when, straight from the kick off, the visitors were awarded a free kick inside the centre circle. The resultant kick was lobbed into the Park penalty area and Coll had the misfortune to divert his header past the outstretched arms of a desperate McLaren.
The game settled down after this torrid spell with both sets of defences in top form, although, Park had the better chances and could have netted if they had shown more composure.
Baillieston turned up the pressure in the second period and McLaren was hardly called into action but, as time went on, it looked likely that the Briggs side would hold on for the win.
However, this all changed in the 88th minute when, from a free kick just outside the box, Baillieston's no 10 bent the ball round the wall and beat McLaren at his near post.
As in the first half more drama was to come in the second minute of seven minutes of injury time.
Substitute Gibson picked the ball up deep in the visitors' half, drove on and his shot across the goalmouth was diverted into the net by fellow sub O'Donnell to clinch the victory.
