ROB ROY manager John Richardson says he is not that bothered if punters thought Saturday’s game against Lanark United was a bit of a snooze.

The Kirkintilloch gaffer claims he’ll sleep easy with the three points from the 1-0 win that launched his side to fifth in the table.

Richardson added: “People can say ‘oh you were rubbish’ if they like – the truth is last year we wouldn’t have won that game. The important thing is the boys dug in and got three points.”

With Forfar West End and Hill O’ Beath’s third round Scottish Cup tie yet again a victim of the weather, Rabs will have to wait at least another week before heading east to face the eventual winner.

It’s back to league action this Saturday at Adamslie Park, with Largs Thistle the visitors (kick-off 2pm).
