ROB Roy Supporters Club has secured a base for fans to meet before and after matches.

The club has teamed up with Kirkintilloch Miners Weflare Club to provide a venue for supporters to meet.

A spokesperson for the group said: “If you currently watch Rob Roy – whether you are a supporter, on the committee or hold a membership or are maybe a lapsed member, then you will be made welcome. You can enjoy the facilities that Kirkintilloch

Miners Club offers. It costs nothing to join the club, but would require a fee of £2 for admin costs. Children are also welcome, accompanied by an adult.

“For fans that wish to travel to away games there is a supporters’ bus they will be able to use from the car park at the rear of the miners’ club. Pick up times vary depending on distance.

“Travel club season tickets are still available for all away games. Pay-as-you-go is available to fans for the first available away game, which is Rossvale this Saturday (August 10).

“It is thanks to Kirkintilloch Miners that we can offer this facility.”
