Man and baby rescued from sinking car
Police received a call to alert them to the car which was rapidly sinking at around 2.02pm outside Cumbernauld High School on South Carbrain Road on Friday, June 22.
But when they arrived a member of the public had rescued the pair in the nick of time.

Hide AdA total of 50 calls were made to Cumbernauld police during the worst of the storms with people reporting everything from floods to alarm systems going off.
