Yvonne Webb, originally from Milton of Campsie, and now in Lenzie, helps other professionals reach their and their company’s potential.

Having worked for brands like Red Bull, Coca-Cola and Cadbury, balancing accounts worth £40 million, she certainly knows what success looks like. But more than that, she knows it’s people who should be at the heart of everything.

She specialises in helping firms and owners with a turnover between £500,000 and £20 million, in three key areas.

TIME: Are you an owner tied to the business 24/7, never finding a way to enjoy family time or hobbies?

TEAM: Do you have a good team but no experience in managing one, or want help optimising their performance?

MONEY: Do you want your business to make more money? Do you want to unlock the potential within your business? Do you want to build your firm up to sell it on?

She also works with senior leadership teams to help strengthen management and leadership skills.

Yvonne also has a Group Coaching Programme for businesses who turnover up to £500K, and already has some local companies excelling in this environment.

Yvonne said: “I live locally, and want to see my community thrive. I want to help businesses near me, and support them to reach their full potential, especially at this time.”

Working with Yvonne, who owns an ActionCOACH Franchise – the world’s No.1 coaching firm with over 200 coaches in the UK – isn’t labour-intensive, with support ranging from three to eight hours a month. She and potential clients discuss what the challenges are and agree standards of performance and metrics for success before working together.

“That can be different for every person,” said Yvonne. “For one person, freeing up time to spend with their family is a big win. A successful business should give the owner the life they want, not hinder it. I can be a conduit to achieving that.”

Yvonne works best with people who have a real appetite for change and a drive to succeed.

Her client base has grown steadily over lockdown, with many business owners using the time to get their business in good shape for re-opening.

“I am passionate about business and it’s a great feeling knowing I am helping business owners achieve their goals, especially during this time,” she adds. “Over lockdown many business owners realised it was difficult on their own and saw how an outside perspective could help. Having the right mindset is paramount, and that’s something I’ve worked a lot on with clients.”

“Having worked in business for the last 25 years it’s rewarding to see my clients grow through support and challenge where necessary. We really want coaching to be accessible to businesses of all sizes, which is why we have different programmes and workshops for all.”
