Crawford PS planting at Fairygate Wood 2014 Slideshow
Pupils from Crawford Primary have been enjoying the great outdoors by planting trees at Fairygate Wood and enjoying other activities outside of the classroom.
The children each picked up a John Muir Award for their efforts, named after the 19th century Scot who crossed the Atlantic and was an early advocate of preservation of wilderness in the United States.
