Hidden down the bustling cobbles of Ashton Lane, Ubiquitous Chip hosts fine dining in our Botanical restaurant. Here, they lay out all the fine dining they have to offer.

With our glass ceiling and plant filled interior, we bring the outdoors in with a light flooded courtyard. Our Tasting Menu demonstrates classic and modern cooking techniques with an artistic flare. Using fresh locally sourced produce, each dish is considered to lead into the next, building a balanced menu while bursting with flavour and surprise. Our paired wines are carefully selected by our Sommelier team and Chefs, to complement the components of each dish perfectly. Our exceptional Front of House team present relaxed yet attentive service, with outstanding knowledge of provenance, flavours and technique.

Wine list consists of over 120 lines ranging from classics from well-known regions and producers to lesser-known grapes/producers/regions that we think should be shouted about.
