MUSICAL heroes come in all shapes, size and guises – but none so wonderful as Icelandic’s rousing folk-rockers Of Monsters and Men.

The band’s debut album – My Head Is An Animal – has been a smash hit in the UK, but absolutely enormous in the US – becoming the biggest Icelandic album ever in America

Multi-instrumentalists, the band’s diverse influences see them concoct a bewitching brew of toe-tapping, heart-swelling anthems for the head and soul.

New single ‘King and Lionheart’ is out on March 4 via Island Records and the band play Glasgow’s O2 Academy on Friday, February 22.

Of Monsters and Men have topped album charts in Iceland, Ireland, Germany, Canada, America and the UK – selling over 1.5 million copies worldwide.

The brand new video for ‘King and Lionheart’ has been made by WeWereMonkeys, the geniuses behind the ‘Little Talks’ video.

The band’s first single ‘Little Talks’ was named iTunes Alternative Single Of The Year last year, received over 50million views on YouTube, and has now sold over three million copies worldwide.
