Rowan Tree Theatre Company come to Biggar

Rowan Tree Theatre Company’s latest production Sins of the Father will be at Biggar as part of a tour of the Scottish Borders throughout October.

Written by Borders-based writer Tom Murray, Sins of the Father will be performed at the Biggar Corn Exchange on Wednesday, October 12.

Liz Smith, from Rowan Tree, said: “This is tense, passionate, edge-of-the-seat theatre at its best. The winds batter a remote cottage in the Borders.

“The production is brought to life by two superb Scottish actors Lesley Hart as Emma and Jordon Young as Robert and is directed by John Carnegie.

“John is no stranger to Rowan Tree, having directed the workshop version of Sins of the Father, Frederic Mohr’s Barry, his own Hermiston and Confessions of a Justified Sinner, so he is very experienced.”
