Bearsden Baptist Church will host their annual Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) coffee and craft morning this Saturday (May 21).
This event, which has been running for 20 years, will raise money to support MAF which provides medical aid in remote communities in hard-to-reach parts of the world.
They will have a plane parked in the church car park on Roman Road for all to see and visit from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Visitors will also hear more about the exciting flights that are serving isolated communities across plains, mountains and jungles. Children and adults can also enjoy interactive activities, videos and refreshments and learn what life as an MAF ‘bush pilot’ is really like.
