BICYCLE owners have been warned to keep an eye out for thieves after two expensive bikes were stolen.
A £100 child’s BMX was taken from a garden in Angus Avenue, Bishopbriggs, between September 27 and 28.
And a £400 silver ladies mountain bike was taken from a garden in Wheatley Loan, Bishopbriggs, between September 28 and 29.
Meanwhile, a stereo worth £80 has been stolen from a car in Kirkintilloch.
The music system was taken from an insecure blue Renault in Yetts Crescent between 5.45pm on Friday, September 23, and 9am on Saturday, September 24.
In a separate incident, the window of a silver Peugeot was smashed between 5pm on Friday, September 23, and 9am on Saturday, September 23, in Quarry Drive, Kirkintilloch.
