Attempted murder in Possilpark

Following the attack the suspect made off on foot towards Closeburn Street, while the victim as was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

This suspect is described as white, of slim build and in his late 20s/early 30s, and wearing a black jacket, green shorts, white trainers, black facemask and a Burberry scarf.

He appeared to be in the company of a woman with dark-coloured hair

Police described this as a “very violent and targeted attack”, and are treating it as attempted murder, with officers making door to door enquiries and checking CCTV.
