The initial refusal for a proposed subdivision of a plot and construction of a house at 78 Breadie Drive in Milngavie was upheld.

An independent assessment will be carried out with regard to proposed additional accommodation for farm workers at Wester Board Farm on Twechar Road, Kirkintilloch, to confirm the number of staff who are required.

Plans for a new two-storey house in Drumclog Avenue, Milngavie were again rejected.

Planning permission, subject to additional conditions, for an extension to 59 Stirling Avenue in Bearsden was approved and this was carried by three votes to two.
