Jim and Ken think pink for Breast Cancer
JIM Murphy MP and Ken Macintosh MSP recently visited Clarkston’s Cancer Research UK shop to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
East Renfrewshire’s MP told The Extra: “It was great to visit the team at Cancer Research UK. Shops like this are the frontline of the charity’s great work and raise vital funds.
“Cancer Research, of course, focuses on all cancers but through this month it is important to remind everyone of the impact that the disease can have, and how important it is to see a doctor.”
