Main Carluke road is left in the dark
ALL across Carluke at Christmas there were brightly, shining lights everywhere - unless you lived on Carnwath Road!
At the darkest time of the year, one of the main roads through the town, the A721 Carnwath Road, has been in Stygian gloom.
And it will be well into January before repair work even begins on the lighting.
