The outline design for a new primary school in Bishopbriggs will be revealed at a drop-in information event on Tuesday, April 28.
Draft proposals for the school, to be built on the site of Wood-hill Primary, will be available for pupils, parents and staff to comment on.
The development is part of a programme to replace Woodhill Primary School, Auchinairn Primary School and Cleddens Learning and Childcare Centre.
Architects, Archial Norr, will be at the event in Bishopbriggs Academy from 2pm - 8pm.
East Dunbartonshire Council leader Rhonda Geekie is encouraging people to go along.
She said: “The design for the new primary school and nursery facility is based on the national reference design that was created for the new Lairdsland Primary School, which has just opened.
“The aim is to provide flexible learning and teaching spaces in the best possible surroundings.
“This event is an early opportunity to see what progress has been made so far in shaping the new school and it is your chance to have your say. I would ask everyone with an interest to attend.
“From the very start we have been committed to creating a new school and nursery that is centred around delivering what pupils, parents, teachers and the wider community needs.
“We want to do that through consultation and by encouraging the entire school community to get involved.”
Anyone who attends will be able to ask questions and also record their comments.
