Police are looking to trace a teenage schoolgirl who has been missing since the beginning of the week.

Harley Douglas (14), from Bishopbriggs, was last seen at Boclair Academy, in Bearsden, at around 3pm on Monday, June 23.

She is described as being 5ft6in tall, with a slim build with long dyed blonde hair.

When last seen she was wearing her school uniform comprising a black skirt, white short sleeved shirt and cream coloured ‘Converse’ high top shoes with studs.

Harley is known to frequent the Kirkintilloch, Bishopbriggs, Torrance, Bearsden, Partick, Glasgow City Centre, Renfrew, Erskine and Bishopton areas but despite extensive enquiries there have been no sightings of her since Monday.

Police are becoming increasing concerned for her safety and ask if anyone has seen her since Monday or know of her present whereabouts to contact Kirkintilloch Police Office on the non-emergency number 101.
