Silence is golden and worth a pretty penny
The tightlipped kids raised almost £700, which they donated to a cancer charity.

Hide AdIt reads: “As part of the Primary 6 science topic, the pupils got mini plants from Marie Curie Cancer Care and planted daffodils.
In class, the pupils enjoyed watching them grow and learning about the science behind the growing process.
In return for flower pots from Marie Curie cancer charity — which the kids planted with daffodils — the pupils decided to hold a sponsored silence. They had to stay completely silent for a whole hour and a half.
