Speedway side Glasgow Tigers have launched a drive to boost support for their treble challenge - and inspire a new generation of fans.
The club giving away free tickets for children, meaning under-15s can watch the Tigers in action at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium as they challenge for trophies on three fronts for no cost when they are admitted with a paying adult.
The scheme starts this Sunday when Tigers take on,Workington in the semi-final of the League Cup.
Tickets for youngsters can be collected from the Tigers Den diner at the stadium between now and Sunday.
Club co-owner Gerry Facenna believes that a wall of noise on the terraces and in the stands will help the Tigers' super seven riders to kick-start a golden era of glory for the club.
He said: "The team and the fans alike have been fantastic so far this year - and they're getting their rewards now with the chance to win the Premier League and two cups.
"Ashfield is going to be hosting some of the biggest meetings of Glasgow's modern history over the next few weeks and we need fans old and new to get along and back the boys.
"Please help to spread the word about our free children's ticket initiative and help to give the Tigers backing like they've never seen before as we come to the best part of the speedway season.
"Not only can the young ones enjoy the spectacular action, but they can meet the riders, race our mascot Rory, win a prize in our Jungle Balls game and so much more."
Sunday's match starts at 3pm.
