Relish, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 High Street, Carluke, South Lanarkshire was handed an "improvement required" rating after assessment on July 5.
And CAMBUSLANG TRADING LIMITED, a takeaway at 120 Main Street, Cambuslang, Glasgow was also given an "improvement required" classification on July 5.
